Still on pause, but...

Hello writers!

I just wanted to touch base as it’s been awhile since I put this Substack on pause. I have not yet figured out a way to recruit enough participants for us to build community here and get some good feedback on each other’s work. I’m still hopeful it could happen at some point. Maybe I’m just one viral tweet away from thousands of subscribers! Or maybe not!

But I was thinking, in the meantime, I’d try moving the writing prompt part over to my other Substack. It won’t be a private place for us to share, since the comment section over there is public, but at least it will be a way to keep in touch and keep us writing.

Here is my main Substack, just called Jessica Kantrowitz. All content there is free, but there are paid subscriptions available if you’d like to support my work. I post excerpts from my books, occasional new writing, and news about my work and related events. And I’ll try to add in a weekly writing prompt soon.

Payment isn’t being collected while FYV is on pause, and I’ll give you a heads up in advance if I ever unpause it, but just to prevent you from unintentionally having funds withdrawn that you weren’t expecting.
